• Purchases of less than 5,000 yen: 840 yen
• (Shipping fees are a flat rate of 200 yen for Tokyo, Chiba, and Kanagawa)
• Purchases of 5,000 yen or more: Free (regardless of region)

Returns and Refunds

Only unopened or defective products can be returned. Please contact us and return the item to us by the specified date within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

For refund inquiries, you must send us an email. We are not responsible for requests without a copy of the purchase (payment completion email) due to a mistake in the email address entered at the time of payment. You are obligated to provide a correct email address at the time of payment.
